The game's original textures have been sharpened and the textures of the things that are now in the game have been improved. There are also a lot more new things in the world, like trees, rocks, roads, bridges, and some concrete stuff. The textures of the items that can be seen in the game have been enhanced, in some cases, they have been completely changed.
All you have to do is download and install it.
